Paul is the co-founder and CEO of ReSynergy Bill LLC, a full-service Apartment Utility Billing Company that originated from a property management company support department. Paul has been part of the multifamily industry since graduating from St. Mary's University in 2003 where he earned a B.S. in Mathematics and a B.B.A. in Information System Management. Paul has developed multiple major property management systems - such as (but not limited to) property assessments, incentive & performance tracking and pricing.
Vice President of Operations
Eddie Rodriguez joined the ReSynergy team with over 23 years of Leadership experience. In the last 16 years, Eddie held various roles in the Multifamily sector in both property management and most recently, the vendor side of the business. His diverse background has allowed him to thrive in almost any environment. Mr. Rodriguez’s primary focus is to provide leadership and support to the current ReSynergy team and bring his entrepreneurial thought process to an already great company.

Supplement Services Manager
Hector joined the ReSynergy Team in 2018 after Retiring from the United States Navy, where he proudly served our country for 20 Years. He first started as a Invoice Management Representatives, but quickly demonstrated the leadership skills needed for additional responsibilities. This allowed him to be promoted to his current position of Supplement Service Manager. He now provides leadership and direction to the majority of the ReSynergy employees. Hectors' focus includes Invoice Management, Vacant Cost Recovery, Transfers, and Dispositions. His dedication, commitment, and work ethic have made him a valuable asset to the ReSynergy Team
